RElab was founded by Francisco Silva Ribeiro, a civil engineer and real estate executive with over 20 years of experience leading major licensing and development projects in Portugal, across office, residential, hospitality, and logistics sectors, totalling more than 670 k sqm.
We take an integrated approach — from land strategy and concept design, to urban planning and licensing advisory, to construction management and final delivery to tenants and owners — always with a clear understanding of value creation levers and profitability.
